Hi All! Some urgent help needed please!

My wowclassic forum has been pulled by my hosts (Hostgator). They are saying the following:

I have replied to get HTTP access, but frankly I won't have a clue what to do once I get it.

Does anyone know what I could do here? I spoke to them on the phone and they said that I need to fix it. If anyone can help me I would be so grateful. My site is huge and I really need to get it back online again! Sadly Nancy no longer supports her software, I kind of have no where to go!
