Mybb 1.6 Gold is now released!

We will be offering upgrade services to all our customers sometime in the middle to late September. This is to ensure enough time has passed for any plugins that you may need are updated by the author.

All SCD plugins and themes should be updated by the end of September and we will be updating many of our plugins to be compatible with Mybb v 1.4+ and 1.6! Anyone needing SCD to upgrade your site should use the contact form and "get in line".
Pricing for upgrade service and custom theme upgrades will be posted soon.

Thanks

Each update provides its own tutorial, because each update is a little different based upon what has changed.

RE: How does one update mybb
Just follow the instructions they give you. Make sure you back up your site's database first.

I got you fully updated including files they haven't even covered up to 4.1.10 so you shouldn't need to be in a giant rush for this last one to .11.

Some have you run the updater and some are just a matter of swapping out files. If you're going to attempt to update yourself, just back up all your forum's files for this one and follow instructions. there are no database updates with this one.

I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head.

RE: How does one update mybb
I think poor Twitchy needs her coffee, its 1.4.10 not 4.1.10 Smile1

And .11 is a security fix, so I'd get it if I was you. In this case it's just a matter of uploading a few files.

In your AdminCP->Version Check, it gives you upgrade instructions if you scroll down.
